In December 2006, we opened the first Times Grocery store in Tianjin. In the past 12 years,

we have dedicated our vision and staff to serve expatriates in Tianjin, Nanjing and Shanghai, particularly, to customers with a passion for imported foods.

Time Grocery is a subsidiary of iFood International Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (December 2012) and Shanghai Hengyi Trading Co., Ltd. (March 2002).

With the rise of online consumption in recent years, it is our choice to offer both online and offline integration (B2C) in order to better serve our customers.

Delivery:
Orders placed before 10:00 can be delivered on the same day between 12:00 to 16:00 or 17:00 to 21:00

Orders placed before 15:00 can be delivered on the same day between 17:00 to 21:00

Orders placed after 15:00 will not be delivered the same day and will be delivered the next day



Deliveries within 3km of the store can be delivered within 1 hour.

Returns:

If your food order is damaged or spoiled, please report problem within 24 hours and your order will be exchanged accordingly. Any opened packages will not be accepted for returns.   

If your non-food order is damaged or spoiled, please report problem within 7 days and your order will be exchanged accordingly. Any opened packages will not be accepted for returns.

Delivery Fees:

In Shanghai district, delivery is complimentary for purchases exceeding RMB 199, otherwise a fee of RMB 49 will be charged for each delivery.
